Welcome to the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium's Scout Programs page! We offer engaging programs, year-round for scouts of all ages. Our Current Events and Programs for Girl Scouts:

  • Girl Scouts at STEM Studio in Jupiter - The South Florida Science Center is bringing their Girl Scout programs to STEM Studio in Downtown Abacoa! Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes; register your troop to earn badges throughout the year at this special location. Different classes offered every month. Cost is $12 per girl. Due to space limitations, there is a max of 25 girls per class. All participants must register online. Follow this link to register.                             February 16th:

                            March 16th:

                            April 20th:

  • Nights at the Museum -- Last Friday of Every Month 6-9pm. Girl Scout Badge classes offered every other month. Girl scouts MUST register online. Follow this link to register. Please call 561-832-1988 x224 for more information. Each Night at the Museum is a different theme, which includes various interactive science crafts, activities, entertainment, exhibits, planetarium shows (for an extra fee) and a chance to view the night sky in Palm Beach County’s only public observatory - weather permitting!

             * Starting this November, Girl Scout Classes will be held across the street from the Science Center in the Stiles-Nicholson STEM Education Center. If Scouts wish to walk across the street to the Science Center before or after their scheduled class, they are welcome to participate in Nights at the Museum. Parents are welcome too, however there will be a $10 entrance fee for parents participating in Nights at the Museum*
